Tried doing my own hair and it broke off and fell out. Teagan dyed it pink like I had originally wanted to do and she gave me a fantastic cut that I love. I was worried it would get cut to short because I’ve had that happen in the past elsewhere. She not only did a fantastic job she was very nice to chat with. Will definitely be going back to see her again and highly recommend her.

Every time I come here, I am always waiting 30mins past my appointment time for the same woman. I need to not go to Margie anymore because she can't seem to be on schedule. I made a same day appointment and they should know by now how far she runs behind and should schedule better accordingly. It's also so hot in here I'm breaking a sweat in their chairs just waiting and waiting and waiting. Just want a wash and a cut.

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter days in advance with Margie at 14:00 today. We arrive, she’s in the middle of a perm. I chose her because she was the only female working and my young daughter usually does better with females. She barely acknowledges us and says Ron will be right with us. Soon as Ron walks in, Margie tells Ron that she says she has an appointment at 14:00, but I don’t know her name. (Well maybe ask?) They pull up the appointment and she just shrugs and says, well I can’t take it. So Ron takes us and asks what I want to do. Mind you this is only my daughter’s 2nd hair cut and she’s 5. No 5 year old is going to sit perfectly still. He gets through brushing and wetting her hair and my daughter’s shoulders are tense and she’s looking down just not low enough, I guess. So he sits there and says, it’s not going to come out right if she can’t do xyz. I get that. I’m not asking for Picasso. Anyway he says I have people coming in at 14:30 so you are going to have to come back. Can you come back at 16:45. Absolutely not. Just cancel the appointment since mine was at 14:00, not at 16:45.
Long story short, appointments really mean nothing. I get that you make more money off of chemical appointments rather than hair appointments, but an appointment is an appointment. And if you have smaller kids who can’t sit perfectly still or the person who’s doing hair doesn’t know how to work with kids, this place isn’t for you either.

Amazing experience haven’t cut my hair in a long time made an appointment as soon as I got there lady name Jennifer got me in right away she asked what I wanted and I showed her a few pictures and she new exactly how to do it amazing job I’m so happy with my haircut thank you jennifer you are the best.

I dont even know where to start first of all Service pretty good but but If you want to look like a child, cut your hair with safety scissors, go here and for example, my layers were so bad I had to get most of my hair cut off because what a bad job this place did In my friend went here and their hair was super bad, and they had to shave it but if you do go here at least go, Robert

They are always nice and professional. I can use my JC Pennys card there. Just Wish it had a more updated atmosphere. I have never had a bad experience there.

Horrible environment!The manager is very unprofessional and rude.The woman who did my hair should never be allowed to work doing hair.She fried my hair,had to get it cut,the haircut looked like a 5 yr old did it and she did a style completely different from what I asked.No refund and no apology,the worst experience ever.I will never let them touch my hair again!!!Fire and rehire!!!!
