There was a minor miscommunication (probably on my part), but Paul, even in the busy prom season did every last thing he could to see that I was taken care of. It’s been years since I had been in a men’s clothing store, but Paul demonstrated a timeless type of customer care that his business was founded on. I truly have never received a more selfless and compassionate approach to customer service, and I could not recommend this story any more highly.
