Unbelievable!!! Customer service was so bad to the point they screwed up both phones. Cristian and Areyana both got our working again!

love metro but getting them in any store to actually answer the phones is bs they suck and never answer the phones or there is always some exuse as to why they couldnt answer i always have to drive up there whats the point of being a phone carrier if you CANT ANSWER YOUR OWN DAMN PHONES
