After a horrible experience with Optimum, Plateau has been an amazing breath of fresh air. Fiber optic internet that works so so well, no issues. Then today when I found my dog had ripped the cable from the wall, in an hour Plateau sent a tech. Michael was amazing, so grateful to him and everyone at Plateau. Thank you guys!
