One of the employees tried to give my husband her phone number to “call her later” extremely unprofessional! Code of ethics is lacking at this establishment, I wouldn’t trust them!

I have had to go here twice in the past week, and both times, the procedure was practically painless with zero bruising. The gal who works the desk/takes the blood is nice, too. I have not had to wait much at all.

It is now 26 minutes past my appointment time that should have happened. I'm having to leave without the service and everything even though I was guaranteed that a appointment would get me seen first! I needed this appointment today and now I can't all because there was a law on the website that said I would be seen if I had an appointment

Convenient check in system via the web or the app. I waited about 15 minutes past the appointment time I had scheduled, but it did seem to be a busy day. The lab tech/phlebotomist was very kind and apologetic for my wait.The lab was clean and orderly. I would return in the future should the need arise.
