Let’s be real—$15 should get you more than a half-hearted splash-and-dash, and the automatic car wash with the whippy things? Hard pass. 1 STAR CARWASH.
BUT… Joe at Soapy Springs? Absolute legend. HE GETS 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!! When the wash didn’t deliver, Joe stepped in like a customer service superhero, handling everything quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. No excuses, no runaround—just pure, top-tier service from a guy who genuinely cares.
You can tell Joe’s been through a lot, but instead of letting life weigh him down, he lifts others up with kindness and integrity. People like Joe make all the difference, and Soapy Springs is lucky to have him.
If management is reading this:
Give this man a raise. And if you're heading to Soapy Springs, skip the automatic wash, but say hi to Joe—you won’t regret it!

Don’t go to their automatic wash. Simply horrible. $10 for a basic wash and it’s can’t even get the bugs off my windshield. Plus it didn’t spray wheels and basically just sprayed it and washed it once. Crazy.

The quality and value of this CARWASH does not justified their recent insane price increase. The CARWASH simply cannot justify a $10 basic auto wash and piss poor watery soap, hard water spots and even the air dryer is weak with insufficient time. SAVE YOUR MONEY, this place is not worth a
$10 auto wash. DO NOT RECOMMEND, not worth your hard earned dollars. Zero stars.

Beware. Today was the 2nd time that the automatic washer broke down halfway through the wash. Reported it to the attendant, but he said there was nothing he could do about it and couldn't refund the money.
