The only reason they got one stor is because i couldn’t leave this review otherwise: So, explain this to me: Optimum Internet charges $80 a month, I paid my bill in full yesterday, yet somehow there’s still a $10 balance left. I called to disconnect the service, no questions asked. Suddenly, they offer to lower my bill to $50 a month, remove the $10 mystery fee, and give me 3 months of service free. Mind you, Optimum’s service is unreliable—half the time there's no connection, and navigating their customer service is a nightmare. No thanks. Plateau, I'll see you on the 4th!
