My rating is in no way reflective of the service I received. This place is in need of some management help. Currently staffed by two very sweet ladies and serivce is top notch, but they are only part time. The store has no manager on site and they two ladies are completely overwhelmed with the demand. Some customers annoyed with the wait times or availability have even taken it out on them, helping nothing and creating a hostile environment they have to deal with. Good cuts, fantastic service, but lack of management and help is killing this place. Don't trust the Google hours, go in person earlier in the day and be kind to the ladies working who are just doing what they can.

Kathy is always great. It's a shame that she can't get any help in there. She always has a great attitude even when she's over whelmed. If you lose her you lose me too. Supercuts you can do better. Kathy keep doing great!!

I have tried to get a haircut several times. Two times I set up an appointment online went to check in and the weight was still more than an hour. They took people before me that did not have an appointment because they were signed in. The third time I went after I set up an appointment I got to the store and it was closed no one inside. That day the store was supposed to be open at 9:00 a.m. and my appointment was at 10:20. Very disappointing!

We drove 1 hr to my appt. A sign was on the door stating they were on a bank run. At my apt time she came out and said she hadn’t gone yet and it would be another 30 minutes. I had an appt and now it’s hr after my appt. This store needs better leadership. I just cancelled and will find another salon. Very disappointed.

Well......The stylist was very nice and did a great job UNTIL right at the end when I ask her about maybe a LITTLE BIT off the puffy over my ears.
Then she got quite a bit toooo choppy with the sissors.
Now I look like I have some kind of really short mullet on one side and because I stopped her just a bit toooo short over my ear on the other.
It went from nice to really bad. I definitely want 😩 go back.
Here is to hoping 🙏 my hair grows back fast.
