Cole and his team at Towne Crier are excellent! I used them before and they did a great job then so it was a no brainer to give them another call. They were very fast and efficient! Highly recommended!

Had them come out and re-hang a TV in our great room. They techs did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable and I feel confident in the work they did.I will definitely recommend them in the future.

Very deceptive practices. If you are going to send a 2nd tech you should disclose that the person is ALSO charging by the hour. We did NOT ask for a 2nd person. We were never advised that it would be extra. We would have said nevermind and stuck to the original request. Oh yeah. They also charged $12 bucks for gas when we are literally 3 minutes away. No one advised us about that either. This review is solely regarding the way they billed us.Update: we have also discovered that they dented our appliance and they never mumbled a word. Words can't describe our anger.

Went to buy a soundbar. Found a Klipsch marked clearly $299. Lady tried to charge me $399. She refused to honor the price. Very disappointed. I will not go back and I would definitely not recommend this place at all.

Not good. I paid $500 for a speaker/woofer and only used it one time!!! I took it back and they said they'd fix it. The guy/owner told me that he'd call me in 4 days, it's now been ten days and still no word. I'm calling tomorrow since he won't call me. Geeeeeeeez 500 buckaroos right down the old drain, wow, some people I tell ya...not good
