I have labs that need to be taken urgently and this is the only lab in network for me. I have called many times and left voicemails, no one picks up or calls back. I’m starting to think this lab isn’t even legit.

The most disrespectful group of People I’ve ever met. They have no interest in taking care of you or doing what’s right for the patient. I’ve had to sit there two times why they couldn’t find my orders that were faxed to them already for the third time they don’t care if finding out what happened or why they didn’t get them.
They just don’t care and don’t try to call them, They never answer and if you leave a message, they never return a phone call.
They’re rude inconsiderate and I will never go back there again. They don’t care about Their patients.
They can lie straight to your face, and it doesn’t bother them a bit.. It kinda looks like they’re unsupervised and that they can just do whatever they want, whether they take care of you, they don’t care, it doesn’t really matter..

There seems to be an issue with employees leaving out early at this facility when they don't close until 5 pm. This has happened to me and others that were there between 4:30 pm to 4:50 pm, and employees just left early while customers were there coming in. This has happened to me at least five times, and once again, I now have to be inconveienced again to go back because they left early for no reason, no sign posted or, any reason for leaving early. I have made complaints before and they continue to do this. Something needs to be done about this as it has cotinued for months now. We are having to make extra trips, extra gas to go there and employees leaving way before 5 pm to me is nothing more than committing time fraud when they are scheduled to be opened to 5 pm.

I was in contact with Tri Core about a privacy and safety concern due to the actions of one of their employees, it had originally been addressed and the situation was handled. The individual I spoke to was understanding and resolved the issue. However, later that day the referenced employee’s direct supervisor contacted me to make incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful statements, and within that week the employee proceeded to retaliate. Legal action had to be taken and a restraining order was granted.

The wait was about an hour but other then that, it was clean and the ladies there were very nice.

I think the place is understaffed, the one nurse there seemed stressed and overworked. The two times I been there I was told it was going to be close to an hour wait.
