Excellent customer service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and even helped me hook up the trailer when I picked it up and unhook it when I returned it. They made the whole rental process quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend this U-Haul location!

Was good although I wish they inspected their trailers better, half way across the country I had a tire blow out, most likely because all the tires were over inflated.
