I had got my nails done 2 days ago and they came out horrible. The top coat came off and the design peeled off. I called to go in and get them fixed because I didn’t pay 70 dollars for my nails to look horrible 2 days after. I got put with Leo which had done my nails before with no problem. He was very rude towards me and just acted like he didn’t want to be there or do my nails. Yes I am picky sometimes but who isn’t when WE are paying for what WE want. I just don’t think it was very acceptable customer service and I asked him to put more acrylic so they don’t just come off in a week and he said no. He didn’t do what I wanted and barely painted them. My nails still look horrible. Waste of my time and money!

I had a good time with a very kind nail tech but he did my nails nothing like what i asked for and the chrome is already mostly off and the nails is already lifting and falling off after just one week

I receive good service everytime I visit here. 🤍 They are always available and try their best to make openings for clients. Very clean and professional.

Came in today to USA Nails for the first time and requested for Leo who did an amazing job on my nails! I’m so in love with them, they haven't looked this beautiful in a while! Leo was very fun to talk to. If you come here I definitely recommend Leo as your new nail artist😍

I’ve been coming here since I was 13, and I’m 22 now. After almost a decade, I can honestly say this place is hit or miss, and way too often a miss. Only three people (Cassidy, Mya, and Jo) actually know how to do builder gel correctly, which is ridiculous for a nail salon.
Mya has always been kind and helped fix the messes, but I’m tired of wasting my time, money, and energy just hoping I’ll get a decent set. The staff openly talk crap in their language, and I had to match that same energy just to be treated with basic respect.
Leo did my nails terribly, he didn’t even fill them properly, the polish peeled right off, and on top of that he was rude. I’ve also had Van, and it literally looked like a little kid painted my nails. I paid $65 for nails that were absolute garbage.
Jo does great work, but the constant stress of bad service and inconsistent results makes this place not worth it anymore.

Ask for Leo!!!! He did better than the pic inspo I showed him! I really appreciated how he took his time even though they were busy! I'm OBSESSED!!!!

Been going here for years! Never had a bad experience. They exceed your expectations, the environment is lovely and the people are even better, they call you by name and make sure you always feel welcome and leave with a smile. I’ll forever recommend this place!

I’ve been here several times, and Jo did a super great job on my full dip nails! I didn’t have an appointment but they took me right in. Nice atmosphere, nice nail day!
