Haven't had a bad experience here but hasn't been a great one either. There is never a line and the location isn't terrible. The guy who typically staffs it isn't the most approachable but isn't mean, just maybe apathetic. It is what you make of it but I've never had a real issue with the place.

I ordered a Stanley cup and it was supposed to be coming in today and I saw the post office van just completely ignored my address
