Pulled up to a bunch of the pumps bagged off. Needed to air up our tires due to traveling from high elevation to lower. First air station let air out didn't add any air. Huge problem. Other air station the nozzle was missing. Went inside to talk to an associate and the employees didn't know anything about it so had to wait for the manager on duty to get off her personal phone call first them proceeded to tell me it's in working order. Told her both are inoperable ans she corrected me and said they were both functioning and went back to her phone call. Most don't expect perfection but do expect an attempt at helping a customer.

This evening at 1:30 am on 12/17/2022 I had a cash of $100. The employee refused because he did not accept the $100 bill. It was late. The employee was impolite. I will never go back to this place.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Gave the cashier 3 20's a couple drinks and said to put the rest of $60 on pump #. When it stopped at $34 I went back in for my change not believing i was full and she said I only handed her $40. I had just grabbed and counted and counted to her and her and her co-worker look at me as if I'm trying to cheat them. I demanded and got my change back but have never been so mortified in my life. 52 yrs never tried to cheat anyone and the audacity of someone treating me like that cause they can't count. Never will I go back.
