So this is a revision to my previous 1 star review! Jordan has fixed my issue! She was compassionate, listened to what I had to say and took care of me! Thank you Jordan!!

Had issues with verizon home internet. Went to Verizon store on Prince (Russell Celular I think) the manager there is Great!! Jordan was very helpful making sure everything was working when we left and had a few great suggestions.

Definitely need more than one person working. This is now the 3rd time I have been in this store and left because one person can’t do it alone.
