“This was our second visit in the last six months, and both experiences have been excellent. During our first visit, we had to make the incredibly difficult decision to put our other dog down due to his age and kidney failure. The staff showed genuine compassion, gave us the time we needed to sit with him, and allowed us to say our goodbyes without feeling rushed. It truly felt like they cared about both the pets and the owners not just completing a procedure.
On our most recent visit, they were able to get my dog in quickly and did a very thorough exam for my older dog’s arthritis and a lump we were concerned about, they took the time to explain all the available options, including costs, possible outcomes, and benefits. We never felt pressured to spend more money they explained everything clearly and then let us decide what felt right for our dog.
