Whoever was on the phone at 0900-0922 on Friday April 5, 2024, was rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me the first time, then I called back she yelled at me and said “we got disconnected” but didn’t bother to call back. I had a couple more questions and she hung up on me again because I heard the phone hit dial pad. Definitely female. Walgreens please redo your customer service training. I’d give no stars if that was an option.

I consistantly get lied to about when my perscriptions will be ready for pickup. Infuriating, but challenge accepted. I care about clovis and if I can help- even reaching out to TriCare and Walgreens leadership, I'll do whats necessary. After a lengthy phone call with the head pharmacist, We brain stormed some creative solutions to remedy the pain of returning 3-4 times to get your perscription you were promised days or hours ago. Apparently there are two new pharmacists there in training as of March 2023. I hope they can help lighten the load soon and get this pharmacy back on track for the community. Im going to continue to have a positive outlook... Will it get better? Time will tell.

Not open on Saturday or Sunday??? WHY? Do people not get sick or get released on fridays from hospitals ??? It's a pharmacy should open at least a few hours on weekends .... Just a shame small town small mindsets I guess.

Their awful automated phone system kept kicking me to an "actual person", except the "actual person" just hung up immediately every time they picked up the phone. This is after being on hold for 10 minutes each time. I'm really, really sick and couldn't decide whether I had the energy to drive to get my prescriptions. Finally decided that if they were already ready, I could do it but tgat waiting was too much. All I was trying to do was find out if they were ready. I'll be using some other pharmacy from now on, because this was really important to me and they could not care less.

I am so excited this will be my last time to have any kind of business with this location! Absolutely horrible, rude arrogant and disrespectful, I have never had a pleasant experience at the pharmacy and I never learn, but thankfully after this last pickup I will not be returning, i can onlyHope the rest of Clovis also moves away from using them!

Do NOT use Walgreens Pharmacy? Horrible!!! I had surgery today. The doctor wanted me to start pain meds tonight. When I went to get the Rx, five ours later, I was told it would not be available until tomorrow. I undetstand they are short handed, but not contacting the person so they can make other arrangements is not acceptable or good business. Use WalMart or Roden Smith.

Pharmacy has the most ridiculous hours. Supposedly 10am to 6 pm but they close from 1:30-2:00 for a “break”…

Forced to use Walgreens pharmacy by Tricare insurance and the hours are ridiculous 10-6 and they close from 1:30-2:00 for a "break". Employees aren't helpful or kind, terrible all around!!

Went five times to get filled and never completed. 1st needed to Order two days later. Second be ready in hour. Third six hours later come back tomorrow as busy couldn’t get. Fourth gave a partial as never ordered. But have next day or two. Called days later waited on phone over hour but counting being hung up and waiting on. Wanted to get remaining on original script as leaving town. Can’t and won’t fill until partial used. Walgreens you don’t have to wonder why reviews are low. Never again for me.

clovis. nm store is a freakin joke. maybe if they spent more time working in the pharmacy instead of providing liquor sales, they might have real customers that actually get taken care of. closing at 2pm on a SATURDAY?! GIVE ME A BREAK! this store needs to get shut down. walgreens suck!

I've been in line for 45 minutes and I'm still not at the front of the line l drive through line. If you need a fast pharmacy drive through, this is not it. The wait has taken my entire lunch break and this is when they have at least 7 people working.

I like being able to give positive experiences, but this time I am not going to be able to. I think the people in WalGreen Corp. Headquarters need to rethink a few things about their hours of operation and how to fill and distribute the prescriptions to the customers. They recently were granted a very large contract which those of us use this insurance are greatful for. But with such a big load being added to their daily routine they are not readjusting their routine. Working hours and completing closing for an hour in the middle of the day and closing early in the evening is hard on others who work. I just think someone needs to think how to help the situation so you don't have so many so disappointed. Truth be told I don't shop like I used to and it is due to this kind of treatment. I know in the Cities some of the WalGreens are open I guess 24/7 , we don't need that but we do need some thought on how to make this work for the customers better than what it is now.
