Been with this bank many, many years and highly recommend them! I especially appreciate their Fraud Department. Recently a scammer attempted to gain access to my account. Both the local teller and their Fraud Department took my concerns seriously, resolved the issue in a very timely manner and gave me tips on how to keep my account more secure. They truly do care about their customers!

Never had a great opinion of this bank, but today was terrible. I went to deposit money at the drive-thru, and they deposited it into someone else's account instead of mine. How in the world does that happen? Did they not see it was a different account? Like, what the heck. Thankfully, I know this person

Got everything I needed done. But the teller that helped me was very rude. She had a attitude with everything she asked. Been a member for a few years now and have never had this many problems with customer service.

Enjoyed banking with them, at first very polite and helpful. After a few months, mind you I’ve never had any problems with any of the workers and only have had my account open for a little under a year, one of the workers would give me nothing but hassle at the window while depositing my check, etc. I have had several interactions with this worker all of which were not pleasant and she was very rude to me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this bank, as I did close my account and took my business else where. Only gave two starts because the Manager Raul was very understanding and did apologize and talk with me about the situation.

I was a Bank of America customer that left when Washington Federal took over. I'd played enough rounds of musical banking in my life and decided to go with USAA as a more stable alternative. Very, VERY glad I made that decision. I used to pop in to this branch once in a while to get change if I needed different denominations after hitting the ATM. I never had a problem and was always met with a friendly and helpful attitude. Until today. I tried to exchange twenties for tens in the drive thru. I was told they wouldn't do that unless I was a customer. Dumbstruck, I thought maybe it was a drive thru thing, so I went inside. Same thing. They wouldn't exchange identical amounts of US legal tender bills with me because I wasn't a customer. Are you freaking kidding me? What kind of petty BS is that? Well once upon a time, I may have come to this bank had I need for local loans or services because of that earlier helpfulness and convenience, but now there's not a chance in hell of that! And I eagerly anticipate the day these chintzy idiots are bought out by the next conglomerate - or better yet - the day they go out of business altogether!

I miss bank of America. Equipment always broken, not open Saturday mornings, just overall bad bank.
