They ALWAYS do a fabulous job. I saw a negative comment on here from years back (unfortunate that one bad review brought their rating down so much) I have a hard time believing anyone would have such a negative experience at Zip..They have printed cards, signs, labels, etc. for many years for several businesses we own. While I have used Office Max for quick and much smaller jobs, I can tell you that ZIP PRINTING is MUCH less expensive for labels and business cards than Office Max AND their work is much sharper and more professional. I have had one “mess up” at Zip Printing that was actually my fault (I okayed the proof) but they still found a way to fix it without charge. Super friendly! All ink, machines, & printers at ZIP are state of the art!

I went in to have some documents faxed to a dr in Lubbock. The number kept being busy over & over. I had left my cell phone at home, so when home I called & their fax number was out so they gave me a new number which I called & gave them. The people at Pip were gracious & extremely helpful. Glad I went in & I hope you will too!!

Zip Print & Design did an outstanding job helping our startup company (Dagger Remote Aviation) create a professional logo, letterhead, executive summary flyer, website and many other great products. Zip got new ownership 18 months ago. I didn’t know the previous owners but the new one is excellent! I own a local business in town and depend on them regularly for marketing and HR purposes. Everything I receive is high quality, timely and always exceeds my expectations! Eric evens catches my typos for me! So much better than the chain options in town, this local business is truly wonderful. I’d recommend them and do regularly knowing they’ll be well taken care of! Thanks so much, guys!

Extremely disappointed my experience. They were not helpful in understanding what they can and cannot do. They didn't give back all the things I took to them. They messed up 1/3 of my print jobs and refused to refund for the jobs THEY messed up. They were very snappy when I asked if they found the lost envelopes i took to them. They said nothing left the box but we did not take items to them in a box so that's just a flat out lie. I wont EVER recommend them and I wont EVER use them again. All around horrible and I should have just done it myself or at office max who is cheaper and way more professional... this business is a joke.
