“Modern Alchemist has excellent personalized service. When I go in, the staff recognize me and welcome me. If I have any questions, the pharmacist is always happy to help. The design of the pharmacy is beautiful. In addition to compounding medications, Modern Alchemist has a wide array of their own label formulations of supplements. Also they carry some skin care and a few choice gifts. I have recommended Modern Alchemist to a number of people and will continue to do so.”

“1st Dr Appointment to establish Primary Care with Maria. The nurses along with Maria seem down to earth. Maria listened to all my concerns and immediately agreed to the next steps in my plan of care. I immediately got some test taken care of after appointment to get started toward my health plan. I'm excited to continue my care with Maria...I feel like she really listened, was concerned, and cared for my health and wellness. When it comes to the front desk she seemed focused, proficient, and helpful @BacaCommunityHealth. I was definitely nervous attending due to previous reviews but I'm glad I decided to form my own opinion. Now let's just pray future visits are just as promising.”

“Quality medicine. I have an asthmatic cat who suffered on and off for years on the pills from the vet. She also ballooned up in weight. Got the medicine compounded here and she has lost the weight, hasn’t had an asthma attack in years now, and she’s back to her old self. Another cat with painful faucitis inflammation in the gums lives a comfortable life free of pain from the daily medication we give him from Olive Tree. The owner is a very lovely person who cares. If you need special or specific medication, and you want it to be the best, look no further.”
“LOVE this Sams club location, conveniently located near Cottonwood Mall and Rio Rancho on the upper Westside. This location has the friendliest and most helpful staff! I am obsessed with the scan and go app! Makes life so much easier without the hassle of long lines and waiting! Also love the gas station with very reasonable gas prices and pleasant staff. My fave thing about Sams is the early hours that they offer to plus members, something the competition does not offer! It's never busy and breeze to shop! Plus, I have first access to all of the perishable markdowns!”
“Karl the pharmacy manager and Yvette a new pharmacist are wonderful. I have been fuming mad that my Dr can't get my prescriptions right. They always calm me down by listening to me and trying really hard to get my meds from the broken UNMH system. The other pharmacist have always been good but sometimes appear to be mad at me as though I could fix the problems.”
“I kind of hate Walmart but I love the smaller neighborhood markets The pharmacy is great they recommended it to me at Walgreens and it's great to pick up prescriptions and also be able to shop for groceries at the same time. The only thing that kind of sucks is they usually only have one human cashier open but it's tolerable enough ᕙ( • ‿ • )ᕗ”

“I did not get the gentleman name for absolutely making my Smith's experience 10 times better today. Early this evening I went to the Smith's gas station on 4th and montaño area, dealt with a rude lady employee.
Turns out, going back to the Smith's in my area is way better than the other Smith's near my immediate family is located.
Filled my gas with no problem!!!”

“I shopped for 10 years here. I am a retired school teacher, on disability. I have a trained therapy dog that is well behaved and able to alert me is I'm about to have a seizure.
A lady asked me if my dog is chihuahua. I replied that he is half pitbull. She told the manger that my dog was a bad breed. The manager had security escort me out. When I asked why, they said my dog bit someone? Very strange . I asked for proof and they refused.
I am beyonf belief. Security made up a story which he each time I tried to bring him in. He is cherished by kids and adults when they meet him. He works as a children's visiting hospital dog.
So now I bring him into the super Walmart and 98th street neighborhood store. U am still a customer here; just for the drive through pharmacy. Robin (pharmacist)is wonderful! So are the other personnel in the pharmacy only. Please complain that they discriminated against a long term customer!”
“I went in today to grab something quick for lunch. The store was well stocked and clean. But the best part of the entire experience were two of the self-checkout associates. Mora was so kind and helpful at the checkout and even offered to run across the store to find an item that I couldn't. Once I completed my transaction, I asked for a manager, because I wished to tell them how great Mora was. As I waited, another checkout associate by the name of Espi saw that I'd been standing there for a few minutes and ran to find a manager. I didn't get to speak to the manager in person since they were out to lunch, but was able to contact someone by phone later. Even the manager was very kind and helpful. I hope Mora and Espi are recognized for their hard work and excellent customer service.”
“I have been to this pharmacy a half dozen times and they are always great. They are very efficient and accurate. I got two vaccines from David and he was great. I hate needles and he was very patient and worked quickly. Theresa was also very helpful getting a prescription filled very fast, and a renewal for allergy meds. This is one of the smaller neighborhood walmarts and I highly recommend getting your groceries and prescriptions/vaccines here.”

“I worked there for 7 months as a contractor...Everything was amazing and Robbie is a great Manager and so is Angelina ....I was let go because of something my cousin did and i was working 60 hour weeks....I dont know why I was just let go for just one incident......That hurt me hard...so My experience be prepared to work and the managers are 5 star. “We travel a lot and have to visit Walmart pharmacys in many states and cities. The Walmart pharmacy in Bernalillo NM is the absolute best!! Everyone is super friendly, fast, competent and uncomplicated. Top notch customer service (wich is very rare these days) they even filled a antibiotic prescription for my cat when no other pharmacy would. This place deserves 10 stars!!!”

“I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 20 years now. In ALL of that time, not ONCE have I EVER been treated badly, disrespected or anything of the sort!In fact, my experience has been the exact opposite! Every single person who works there are amazing, wonderful and kind people. I would NEVER go anywhere else. Now, even my grown children come to this place. I can't begin to count how many times they have saved my bacon, and have been absolutely supportive of my varying illnesses over the years!!They've been so patient when I've come in grumpy from not feeling well. With this place, you don't need to go anywhere else!! You get to feel like family here. And, me and my kids absolutely do!!I can't say enough good things about ALL of the employees here. EVERY SINGLE ONE of them will treat you like family.”
“Had a truly wonderful experience at Smiths today. First off, I did my shopping early, not as busy and more relaxing. The deals I found were fantastic! Buy one get free in the mandarin oranges, buy 2, get one on spices, and several other great deals. The fine cheese selection is amazing. When I was through checking out, I left for home and had left my wallet behind. When returning to Smiths, the cashier had turned it in , and store personnel had tried to phone me. Thank you for your kindness , and looking out for your customers. I will be shopping here more often. ???”
