“At Carquest where I went first, I was brushed off by the guy at the counter. When I went into NAPA it was completely different. Andrea Venzor, Jose Sanchez and Xitlali Moreno went out of their way to help me find the part by identifying another brand that fit. It took about 10 minutes. They are amazing caring people and I hope you get them to help you if you need it. Ask for any of these 3 and you will be pleased to be treated as if you matter. I spent $150 there. and $0 at the Carquest.”
“Very help and confident that they could fix my problem, which they did! I had previously been to martin tire and they gave me nothing but more problems and a huge quote to fix them. I had a problem with my steering wheel jerking about, they knew what was wrong with it and fixed it, instead of trying to find more problems and hike up my bill. If you want mechanic's that know what they're doing and won't screw you over with more problems to be fixed than when you went in the shop, GO TO BIG O!”
“I am from Maryland my alternator went bad on a Mercedes sprinter van. I called 10 garages in this town nobody knows how to work on Mercedes. And they don’t have the will to help. Harris installed it fast and I was on my way home. Never seen anybody like him in Maryland. Very good service. He is number one in New Mexico and U.S.A. We need more people like Harris. “Cannot explain how great of an experience I had here dropped my truck off Saturday had no idea what was going on it was dead in the water at the gas station. First thing Monday morning gave them a call and they had already got my truck in the shop diagnosing it turned out to be a bad starter. Today Monday at 2:30 they called me and had my truck ready to be rolling back down the highway cannot thank them enough my gratitude at getting my truck up and going!
