“Great customer service I broke down on my road trip and had to stay here for a couple of days. They got my car done a day early and picked me up from the hotel I got. They were very helpful and friendly I was so stressed but everything worked out and they did great.”

“At Carquest where I went first, I was brushed off by the guy at the counter. When I went into NAPA it was completely different. Andrea Venzor, Jose Sanchez and Xitlali Moreno went out of their way to help me find the part by identifying another brand that fit. It took about 10 minutes. They are amazing caring people and I hope you get them to help you if you need it. Ask for any of these 3 and you will be pleased to be treated as if you matter. I spent $150 there. and $0 at the Carquest.”
“I am from Maryland my alternator went bad on a Mercedes sprinter van. I called 10 garages in this town nobody knows how to work on Mercedes. And they don’t have the will to help. Harris installed it fast and I was on my way home. Never seen anybody like him in Maryland. Very good service. He is number one in New Mexico and U.S.A. We need more people like Harris. “We were driving from Dallas to Tucson and our truck broke down in Deming. Fortunate for us we contacted Gumwaltz garage. We told them our dilemma and they picked our truck up and had it fixed by 5 when we returned. They are professional, affordable and prompt. Very refreshing these day. Highly recommend.”
“When 1000 miles from home and you lose a tire/hub from your camper on I-10 what can you possibly do? If anywhere close to Deming NM you get to Hobbs Quality Service!! We got there 10 minutes before closing time and Santana got the measurements he needed, got parts rounded up right away the next day, and we were fixed up to go in and hour! I cannot recommend these guys enough… knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to and willing to answer my questions and concerns! I was expecting double what I was charged also. Five stars NOT enough!! 👍👍👍”
“Cannot explain how great of an experience I had here dropped my truck off Saturday had no idea what was going on it was dead in the water at the gas station. First thing Monday morning gave them a call and they had already got my truck in the shop diagnosing it turned out to be a bad starter. Today Monday at 2:30 they called me and had my truck ready to be rolling back down the highway cannot thank them enough my gratitude at getting my truck up and going! Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a repair”
“We ran over a bolt on I10. As we are on a cross country trip we circled back to the Deming, NM Big O Tire. Since I had the tire off the vehicle, Eva P. Was very eager to get one of the tire tech’s on it. In just thirty minutes, he removed the tire from the wheel, plugged it from the inside and remounted it. I put it back on the spare tire rack for the night, to let the glue cure. The entire team was awesome with every customer in the building. Great experience, and they saved my day.”
