“The BEST car repair experience I have ever had. I suspected an oil leak in my Kia and called Mitchell's right before the Labor Day weekend. They got me scheduled in right after the holiday. Over the weekend, I realized that I had left my oil cap off after my previous top off and subsequently driven several times. So not so much an oil leak as several oil drips. Anyway, I kept my appointment and asked that they check to make sure I didn't damage anything and they did so -as well as cleaned the engine and checked/ filled the oil. They refused to take any payment! I was able to over hear interactions with other customers and was just as impressed with their honesty. Highly recommend and an super happy I found them for an future issues. Thanks again Mitchell's.”

“Excellent, honest, and affordable--and recommended as highly as I can! My transmission went yesterday on I-10. I'm on my way from San Diego to Austin so I was stuck. They fixed it in one day--at a good price, with a warranty, all good and I've just driven it back to my motel. It would be very easy, with people driving long distance on the interstate to exploit drivers' desperation. But they did not. Honest, and fair price! I'd originally had it towed to a place right off the interstate who estimated twice the price, said cheaper would take a week, etc. So had it towed over to K B and they did the job. And truck runs beautifully. Bravo!”
“Our class a motorhome wouldn't start on the chassis battery, I could jump it off the coach battery. Took it to Harris Auto Electric, and Billy had it diagnosed and repaired within 2 hours. There were 2 positive cable going to the positive post of the chassis battery and a bolt securing them together had rusted. Billy repaired the cable ends, swapped the post clamp with a new one and it was good to go. Highly recommend these guys.”

“At Carquest where I went first, I was brushed off by the guy at the counter. When I went into NAPA it was completely different. Andrea Venzor, Jose Sanchez and Xitlali Moreno went out of their way to help me find the part by identifying another brand that fit. It took about 10 minutes. They are amazing caring people and I hope you get them to help you if you need it. Ask for any of these 3 and you will be pleased to be treated as if you matter. I spent $150 there. and $0 at the Carquest.”

“When 1000 miles from home and you lose a tire/hub from your camper on I-10 what can you possibly do? If anywhere close to Deming NM you get to Hobbs Quality Service!! We got there 10 minutes before closing time and Santana got the measurements he needed, got parts rounded up right away the next day, and we were fixed up to go in and hour! I cannot recommend these guys enough… knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to and willing to answer my questions and concerns! I was expecting double what I was charged also. Five stars NOT enough!! 👍👍👍”
“Cannot explain how great of an experience I had here dropped my truck off Saturday had no idea what was going on it was dead in the water at the gas station. First thing Monday morning gave them a call and they had already got my truck in the shop diagnosing it turned out to be a bad starter. Today Monday at 2:30 they called me and had my truck ready to be rolling back down the highway cannot thank them enough my gratitude at getting my truck up and going! Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a repair”
“We had a flat on our way home from our family vacation. After getting the spare on, we drove over to Big O and they got our tire repaired quickly and placed back on the car. It was 20 minutes at the most. The team there was super friendly. Definitely check them out for any of your tire needs!”

“Jeep as over heating was 95% sure it was the thermostat and thats exactly what it was. They didn't attempt to bs. Dropped it off at 4pm had it back on the road by 5pm. Great job 5?”
