Never a good diver professional I just bought land and maybe we're having problems for just a moment but said logistic figured it out UPS couldn't and actually held my package for many months many frustrating phone calls from UPS establishing my address that's already GPS available I couldn't understand it but here comes FedEx they just drop it at the front gate take a picture and tell me it was delivered no problem here

If I could give them a negative I would.Soooo aggravated w/the lack of communication/knowledge n work ethics now adays.. ughhhhhhCalled them several times. Both local drop off and main # to alert them of packages addressed to our home but nobody with the name lives there.They scheduled a pick up and we stayed home ALL DAY to assure its pick up. We told her we had prior plans at 6pm so they HAD TO be by before that.Nobody came.Next day...Same thing!Called Main Office on package on git same deal. We can come pick it up. okay we will try this 1 MORE TIME seeing we do live a lil off the beaten path. So we stay home ALL DAY AGAIN. NOBODY CAME. So we took the box outside where they had originally left it and figure maybe they will grab it from there.Next morning box is blown against our cattle gate..At this point we're like ok..... where is the closest FED EX drop off or store by us. It's 20 mins away at a Walgreens Store. So we drive to the nearest town and the lady at the register says they won't take it because it doesn't have mine or my husband's name on it.UMMM WE ARE RETURNING IT BCUZ IT'S NOT OUR PACKAGE!!! She made all kinds of excuses that she could not take it. Passed off and aggravated more- we left.At this point we searched for the person on social media. FB. People Finder etc. Finally got an answer from out of state from someone who used to live in our house a few years ago. Got it forwarded to them through reg post office.So we had to do our own work to resolve this issue. Sad. Sad. Sad. And very disappointed.I'll expect my paycheck soon!! Smh

The picture is misleading information. The FedEx is inside of Walgreens on the NW corner of Gold and Pine. Easy to drop off and safe reliable way to receive packages.Although, for More customer service orientated FedEx site try my favorite SURE PRINT just a few blocks west of this location.
