True Value Hardware Store is a small town store with an excellent assortment of stock and pretty good stuff. They have just about anything you need and a lot of what you might need, though they may not carry everything. They have helpful, friendly, and super friendly staff and employees who are ready, willing, and able to help find what is needed. The associates are typically pretty helpful finding stuff and will help if you need it. They are pleasant at checkout. The store opens early and has everything needed to get the job done all in one place, including specific items like swamp cooler parts. Their greatest value is the service. However, prices are slightly higher than big box stores. Sometimes the sales floor can get a little cluttered. While key making service is available, there have been repeated incidents where a key was not made correctly. Overall, it is a pretty good store where customers are grateful to find what they need.
