“Good customer service most of the time. Sometimes they won't take returns, it all depends of who is working that day. They are supposed to take all returns that aren't used. In My experience I have had to take over a $200 in loss do to them not taking it back. I have never had a problem with AutoZone taking back product.”

“I went there about ten minutes before nine o'clock.Normally staff is ready to get the heck out there and they really don't want to mess with a customer that late.I met a guy named Naz working there when I got there. He was the most polite young man I've met in a long time. He probably called me sir. 80 times until I'd made him stop. He was very knowledgeable about everything in there. He had an answer for every question I asked him. He was patient in understanding. He didn't care if it was past 9 o'clock. He didn't care if he had other duties to perform after. I left he concentrated his sole efforts on my needs, which of course never happens any more. I was totally impressed with the guy. If I were in business some place else I would steal him as an employee. I hope you guys know how important he is to your company being. The first thing that someone sees when they get there kudos to naz, if he stays in it and be running one of those places or on in it before long, I had a great conversation with him. And I got everything, and I needed from him, consequently, if I need a part for anything else. I'll be going to O'reilly's from now on. Thank you, Naz, you are the man. .”
