“We purchased our Cub Cadet lawnmower online with the expectation it would be delivered in two days (per the website!). My husband called customer solutions to confirm delivery but they said it would take up to 14 days!! Since we are leaving town, this was unacceptable and very disappointing. They connected us to the store manager Rick and he went out of his way to not only rent a trailer to help but he delivered it to us the next day! It felt like an old Sear’s appliance purchase but better! Best experience in a long time right here. Cheers!”
