“I have to retract my pervious one star review though I do not agree with all the hoops you have to jump through twice a year to keep your po box just because they do not feel like delivering mail here in town. I had an issues with my daughters mail getting refused. It was possible the MVD did not list the po box number in the address. If they sent it to my street address and the PO does not deliver mail then it gets refused. Maybe after a while some of the new people will recognize the names and know what box to put the mail in. Many official offices and even online sales companies only will except physical addresses and not po boxes. With that said I went down there and spoke to the Post Master and she was super polite and helpful. I was impressed with her. The big guy at the counter could use some people skills but was not hateful like previous employees there in the past. I have to give better stars for was a welcome change. I so hope all will get better and stay better at this Post Office. I still do not understand how a Post Office can have carriers and not deliver mail, meds or packages in its own town.”
