“Received a package from MN that had been so badly wrapped it did not stay together and there was no way the contents could have stayed in the box.Yet after delivery (on Dinkle in Edgewood) EVERYTHING was in the box! How they managed that I will never know!That is some careful handling by our postal people. I am impressed and thank you USPS!”

“This is an average post office. I have never had any issues with the facilities or staff. Everyone has always been friendly to me and helped me in a timely manner. Yes, I have seen the line get long at times. During those times, the staff members working seem like they are really hustling and trying to get through the line quickly. They can't help that someone shows up to mail 20 individual boxes or something like that. A lot of complaints are about policies. I don't like that the houses around here don't have mailboxes, either, but I guarantee that is not a decision made by the people working here! If you just put your house number and don't put your PO Box number, they have to send it back. The workers have to follow the post office rules, so don't give them a hard time for that!”
“UPS and FedEx claim my rural address doesn't exist (though their trucks travel at unnecessary speeds up and down my road, endangering my children and animals, in spite of multiple signs asking them to SLOW DOWN!). Mail & Copy Business Center is an absolute Godsend, allowing us and others similarly situated to receive packages from loved ones and vendors that would otherwise be labeled "return to sender". They also did an amazing job of printing some of my court documents.”
