Horrible customer service. The whole time I was treated as if I should know what to do with my prescriptions and when I asked questions the pharmacist and the lady at the window were both rude and short. Almost as if they had a that’s not my job mentality, do not recommend if you have any sort of questions.

I needed eye drops and my insurance is horrible.So the price was $94 for 10 ml.I was stressed because that's half of our grocery budgetThe pharmacist said "do you want me to fill it?" I told her it was either me get it or damage my sight so I HAD to have it.Today the Dr told me today, I needed a fresh bottle. I told him the price and he said 'this medicine should NOT be that expensive change pharmacies "I had his office send it to Walmart,It was $66 and then they had us download Good RX and it brought the price down to $33Walmart's order pickup people are nicer and don't threaten to put your groceries back if you don't arrive in their 1 hour window like Smith's does.Now their pharmaceuticals are 70% cheaper!?!

Sale prices aren't always sale prices lol, there has been times when sales are over, they don't take down the price sign leading you to believe it's still on sale, under stocked, bakery department sucks, have the employees are ok the other half are rude, website is worthless, try to access the ads, all it does is keep redirecting you else where

Store customer service is unable to provide product information/discontinued product assistance because they can't contact anyone in the store that handles the department aka frozen foods. AstManager talking in the background tells her I should get a UPC code. Well the reason I am calling is because the product was discontinued but the company has replaced with a larger size/new UPC which I don't have because they don't have the item. Isn't it their job to know what vendors sell? It's just ridiculous in 2023 that society and corporations are so ass backwards.

I had my Dr. from Duke City Medical send my prescription to Smith's in Edgewood. I finished my appointment at about 11:15. I waited in Smith's parking lot for about an hour. I finally drive up to the pharmacy window to inquire about my prescription. They say it will be 20+ minutes. I park and wait. I get the text at 1:03 and drive to the pharmacy window, and there is a sign stating they are closed from 1 to 1:30 for lunch. I am not begrudging that they need a lunch break. I am upset that they could have sent the text a couple of minutes before one so I could get my prescription before they closed for lunch. I walk in to see if I can talk to someone I tell the pharmacist that I have been waiting he says I'm getting a coffee. Pretty much it sounds like it is my problem

I no longer shop at the Edgewood Smiths anymore and choose to shop at the Smiths on Tramway in Albuquerque now, because of the rude stockboys in the produce section first thing in the morning. The only time I shop is when I get out of work at 6 am (after a 12 hour hospital shift). I can hear the rude ones commenting not only about me, but other female customers that happen to be in the produce section. Smiths in Edgewood, please teach your poorly educated and rude stockers some customer service skills and how not to be jerks to your customers.

Three separate overcharges while I was there around 6 pm last night--totaling roughly $20 or 10% of my bill. Took picture of $11.99 charge of an item from a bin full of similar items marked at a sale price of $5.99. Went to office to request refund and was told they were just short staffed and there was no one who could help me and I should come back the next day (35 minute drive for me each way). They were certainly well staffed enough to take my money, and also run a Starbucks coffee booth! If a customer did this you would accuse the customer of theft. . . that's because it is theft. Walmart always treats me better.

I transferred an rx because of a coupon they offered and because we shop there. I thought it would be convenient, so why not? It was not an easy or pleasant process. They were supposed to text when they were ready in about an hour, but I had to go in the next morning to get them ( then I got a text a half hour later). They were more expensive than my previous pharmacy, the staff was not very friendly and their bottle lids are very difficult to use and cannot be put on any other way. Usually the lids are reversible so if you do not have kids you can open them easy. These are flat and hard to open. Im sure you could ask for other lids but just be aware if you don't, you will get these by default. Sadly, I will be switching back to my other 2 pharmacies. Love the grocery store but not the pharmacy.

Extremely rude interactions with 2 pharmacy techs over there. Prescriptions are taking days to fill, then are not ready when you arrive. Asked to wait 45 min. while they fill the prescriptions that was called in days before. Looking for another pharmacy in the area.
