Nothing special about this location. Understaffed, deli takes 20 mins or longer to get sliced products. Offers food and drinks like any other Kroger chain. Employees seem to not stay and not happy. Shop the sales.

I placed a custom cake order. I wanted the cake to look good for my son's photoshoot. I was very disappointed when I picked it up. It was lop sided, had big chunky lines at the bottom. It was sloppy! I called to have another one made. I didn't not want a refund. I was willing to pay more for another cake, with no issues. They refused to make it for me. I will go to Wal Mart instead.

Rotisserie chicken was overcooked. I bought two of them and couldn't eat either one of them. One of the worst chickens I have had. Tried to call manager and they just put me on infinite hold. When I called back they wouldn't answer.

Smith’s is the perfect spot to pick up everything you need. It’s always clean and well stocked. There are seasonal and local items available.

Don't bother stopping here to buy your green chilies and get them roasted. Smith employees either have wrong schedule or roaster is a flake. Made 2 trips during scheduled roasting time, waited over an hour and the roaster wasn't even set up outside. Waste of time, money and patience.

I’ve been going to the Smith’s for year now little over never had any issues. I know a lot of people but the other I was at self check out cause nobody wants to work at the registers so when I was done, the machine wanted to verify the guy was nowhere to be found for like 10 minutes. My autistic child in the car flipping by the time I find him get checked out the dude takes my receipt, and then brings it to this lady Brandy and she’s looking over my receipt. Was there for an extra 10 minutes Did not need to be there accusing me of stealing I spend hundreds at the store Look at my shoppers card, you can see I just spent like 300 the other day I Spend a lot of money I got treated like I was from Albuquerque. I didn’t like it almost felt like I was at Walmart. not cool I Thinking of boycott and go to moriarty foods now because I felt really Embarrassed I don’t know how they could treat people like that

I have been going to this store since 2012. Things have been changing. I have always paid for everything that I have shopped for. But within the last few months and this weekend I was watched in the store and followed to three different isles before I told the employee I have money to purchase you can leave now. If you don't want my kind in your store then state it openly. It's sad to get treated this way because you only want to deal with certain people.

I don't usually write reviews. However, I wanted to express how impressed I was with the friendly, polite, and expediant way your customer service employee , I believe her name was Nicky, took care of me. It was refreshing to have such a polite, friendly, smiling employee , with a positive attitude serving me for a change. Thank You. I look forward to returning to Smith"s in the future.

They have great employees, Verna is amazing, Martha... the store manager is the worst, horrible additude, extremely rude, smells really bad, treats her workers awful!! Watch the bakery... they mostly dont use gloves, the frozen load sits in the back for hours, which causes mold.... its very gross!
