An overall very enjoyable experience and we like that they serve breakfast after breakfast hours. I’m giving this restaurant a 4 rather than a 5 because the chocolate zucchini cake was not fresh. Everything else was good.

Amazing organic, locally sourced, no pesticide restaurant. The nut burger is delicious and to die for.

Got the homemade chai and a smothered breakfast burrito which were both delicious! Staff were all very nice and were able to give recommendations about places to visit while in Taos. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in townWheelchair accessibility: Even but unpaved trail to the door, including dirt, flagstones, and wood bridge. The door has a slight ramp. Bathrooms may be tight but they’re single locking doors.

Probably one of the better places to eat in Taos. Food and service is consistently good.

The idea of this place is the best part, it’s in a beautiful old wood barn that’s been renovated and is gorgeous. But once you walk inside the illusion is gone. They desperately need someone with restaurant management experience to take over, seems like everyone on the payroll here is running around trying to put out fires and no care is being given to the customer experiece. We’d rather put up with the wait at Michael’s two miles down the road, it’s a real shame they for sure ALMOST have something here, but it seems to be everyone’s first day.

Wow wow wow! What a place farmhouse cafe is. The place is such an eclectic meltingpot of the surrounding area, and the food is bar none. Also got to meet the owner, Micah, and you can really tell how much this community and place means to her. Could not recommend enough!

Farmhouse Café is an excellent breakfast/lunch spot with a great selection of organic, healthy food that is sourced locally. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially for those with dietary restrictions! I went with the Bison Burger and it was one of the best burgers I have ever had!!Not only was the atmosphere inside super welcoming, but the view near the café is gorgeous as well with the nearby mountains and gallery. Highly recommend that you check the place out, MUST visit while in Taos!!Dietary restrictions: Wide range of options for people with dietary restrictions, really appreciated it!!

Obsessed with the Carrot CakeI had it on Tues. Today is Saturday. And I'm still thinking about this carrot cake. I got a chance to chat with the cafe's founder while at lunch and learned the carrots were just in from a local farm. Have this with the Mayan Hot Chocolate and trust you will be in a happy place. And remember to venture outside to take your new Insta profile pic - the mountain views here are incredible!!

Unfortunately just meh! It’s a super cute place and has a great vibe, just the food was lackluster. Was a bit of a bummer also as we were sat at a table right by the door and asked to sit away from the door and there was only a 6-top and we were a party of 4. I get it in theory, but then 2 people and a child wound up getting the large table away from the door. The raspberry scone was lovely, but most of the rest of my breakfast was inedible as the toast was burned and one of my yolks was blown out so over done and not edible. Other toast completely disintegrated so bad bread day overall. My husband got the BLT which he said was lovely and the butternut squash soup was also nice and the bread roll was nice and soft. The service was fine, nothing wrong with it, just serving over done food. They gave us a slight discount for the over done meal which was nice. Maybe just an off day in the kitchen.
