“My elderly mother and step father in law are 15 hours away from home in Angel Fire, NM on most likely the last vacation they will be able take. My step father in law has some health issues that occasionally cause him breathing problems requiring oxygen here at home. They did not realize how the drastic difference in altitude affects even healthy people & weren't prepared for him to have use his oxygen 24/7 while there. They only have a small, battery powered portable system with them and they're going through a crazy amount of batteries. They went to Lincare in Taos to inquire about some type of car charger that would help. The Manager here went way above and beyond anything that anyone would reasonably expect for good customer service. He made sure my step father in law was adequately covered in a way that makes life much easier for them for the rest of their trip. He said, "There's no use being up here and not being able to breathe." We are beyond grateful that someone cared enough to take care such good care of them.”
