Laura has all of the old banking customer skills including loyalty and going the extra mile for customers that made banking an honorable profession and service. Laura has skills and ability that bring her merit score to 10 stars, but since Yelp won't let us go beyond 5 stars, the bank gets 5 stars and applause for hiring Laura.
