Ran out of gas this store came to my rescue! This store is pretty run down an old. But the care put into it deserves 10 stars. I had read some bad reviews amd was concerned, glad I experienced it myself. The people can't help that it's old no reason to try to shame them for something not in their comtrol. I've never seen any convience store keep up with the trash around their bins. I'm most impressed with them helping when I ran out of gas though. Friendly folks. Goes to show sometime others experiences won't be your own.

I was there at 9:34 a.m. on March 3rd with over $20 worth of items to buy and the cashier would not stop talking to her friend in order to ring me up even though I was standing there for about 10 minutes, I will not be returning to the store and I'm very disappointed in whoever hired that cashier because she failed the store

Attention Allsup's District & Regional Mgmt:Elida NM on US70 is the ONLY CONVENIENCE & FUEL STORE for 100+ miles. Surely Allsup's can afford to cleanup, repair air conditioning & provide 2 working toilets. Employees are at work everyday to serve customers. Allsup's needs to get-off-their-duffs & take care of employees & customers! Don't send me a canned response - JUST DO YOUR JOB.

I've been remiss in writing my review; we were last here this past July 2022. We frequent this Allsups about every two or three years when we come to visit NM folk. Elida is a very small town with civilization/restaurants/Walmart (think groceries)... at least another 30 minutes one way or 60 minutes the other way. Therefore, this particular Allsups is literally the lifeblood of this town. It not only supports all those people passing through for gas/rest stop/snacks but also many townsfolk that don't have the means to leave town for those forgotten grocery or other sundry needs. In close to the 15 year span I've been acquainted with this store it has NEVER let us down: Service: Greeted with a real welcome. Always ready to help you find whatever. Sincere, friendly! (In particular, Debbie was super sweet and helpful!) Stock: The shelves are full, unexpected variety (not just pickles but all kinds as an example, since one was forgotten/needed for the perfect potato salad), and of course all the typical convenience store items for busy travelers. Gas: Always working! I'm repeating myself but consistently (over a decade) have had a stellar experience with every visit and this store has been a lifesaver for our Elida gatherings on numerous occasions! Thank you!!

Employees are amazing. This company needs to treat them better they have no air conditioning in the store at all. They’re still cooking and doing everything their job ask’s of them yet the company can’t fix the air conditioning. They only have one working bathroom. The other is out of order. Allsups needs to take care of their building. It is unfair to these amazing employees to work under these conditions and osha should get involved. This company obviously don’t deserve the great employees they have.
