“Rafael is my personal angel. I drove an hour and a half to get to the store. The listing hours said they were open until 8:00 but they actually close at 7:00 and I got there a few minutes after 7. He still chose to assist me and not only helped me make my purchase but helped me troubleshoot a vast number of things that customer service over the phone could not handle. He was only paid to be there until 7:00 but stayed an extra hour for me. Man deserves a raise and all good things. Rural NM couldn't do it without angels like him.”
