I'm a regular customer at this location and today I went with my dog. When I entered, the Assistant Manager who was working did not greet us or ask if we needed help. A few minutes before I went to check out, a man came in and the Asst Manager went into the salon section of the store with him. When I was ready to check out, she was still in there with him and the manager of the salon. I stood waiting at the checkout for a few minutes before the salon manager popped out and said it would be just a minute. But several minutes later, I was still waiting and my dog was becoming antsy. I went over to the salon and commented on the long wait (I only had 2 small items to purchase). Instead of apologizing or finding a solution to the issue, the salon manager was very rude in her response. The Asst. Manager never said a word, even though she was the one who should have been assisting me. When I asked how much longer the wait would be, the salon manager said it would be awhile. I left without purchasing anything and I will no longer be shopping at Pet Sense. If they had already been assisting this one customer for 10+ minutes, why could they not have him wait for 2 minutes so they could quickly check me out and get me on my way? I don't know how these people ended up as managers, but they need customer service training and some common sense.

I like this store. Espanola. They've got a good collection of food and toys for dogs, cats, whatever else you might have. I think owned by tractor supply

Grooming—Toni did a fabulous job with our crazy girl Abi. Her toenails have never looked so good, all the undercoat removed and she is silky soft. The scheduling was easy and I appreciate the reminder! Very happy experience for us.

Love it here, I couldn't find a filter for my dog n cats water fountain but I found other cool stuff for them.

I drove 45 minutes from Taos to get pill pockets for my cat that's dying, got here well before your closing time and doors are locked. You guys suck ? nowhere else in Taos or Española thats open til next week has these in stock right now either and I just wasted so much gas and time , and kitty can't get the meds into her that could save her life??

Rarely do I shop here and not leave with what I'm looking for. Pricing could be better but I'm a member so it's not a deal breaker.

Super amazing petshop in Española. The staff were really friendly and helpful and it was useful to see Tractor Supply brands such as 4health which are affordable and decent. They also have a dog spa and grooming which was wicked. They have some lizards and fish mostly betas. So not much live animals mostly pet supplies. They also have some baked goods for pups at the front which was really cute. My one feedback is the prices are not cheap to be honest for example pill pockets I ended up going to Walmart across the road. Otherwise it's great because alot of this pet supplies can't be found elsewhere in Española! They also have a visiting mobile vet during the week sometimes !!!

Went in, and everything was great except for the more androgynous woman with all the piercings (I don't want to refer to her as something considered unkind). She was VERY snarky and unprofessional. Will not be going back.
