“They took 6 hours to fill a prescription for an antibiotic. Then they gave me a terrible time picking up the prescription when it was finally ready. They actually said they couldn’t read the front of my Presbyterian insurance card. I’ve never had such a problem picking up a prescription anywhere else. My advice, skip Walmart and go to CVS. I tried calling them to ask if the prescription was ready all day. But they never answered.”
“This morning, I went up from Santa Fe to Walgreens in Española for a Covid shot. It was great! It's very difficult to get Covid vaccinations right now in Santa Fe. And this place is certainly worth the trip. Highly recommend.”
“I was traveling thru New Mexico and had planned to pick up two prescriptions at the CVS in Espanola on May 16th. One of the prescriptions was an uncommon product that usually required a little extra work to secure when not in inventory. Fortunately, a young woman at the drop off counter submitted the order, which could take the weekend secure and refill. She notified me later that same day by phone and I was able to pick up the prescription without chasing it throughout the state and/or on a later date. I truly appreciated the extra effort was reminded of why I switched to CVS from another big box pharmacy two years ago. Thanks to the young lady and CVS for being customer friendly and making the extra effort to refill my prescription!”
“This store is extremely short staffed but the staff they do have try their best to accommodate all the customers. They require a lot of patients due to the amount of customers they have.”
