The customer service was trash. I wasn't greeted, I was never asked if I needed help even though I had too much clothes to carry, when I asked where a certain item was the clerk said it was all over there store. In other words, look for it yourself. Then, when I was ready to pay she kept pressing me to open up a credit card as if I want to continue shopping there to get $10 off lol. Wow, the worst shopping experience of my life. Next time I'll go spend my money in Santa Fe.

Overly aggressive sales tactics. Workers try and force their perfume samples on you which isn't nice when you tell the employees that you're allergic to perfume and they still hand you the sample. This doesn't happen just once while you're there, this happens at least 3 times while you're in the store. They also signed me up for their email newsletter without asking me if I wanted to be signed up. All I wanted to do when I went in was to buy a pair of work pants.

The customer service here is amazing. So attentive. They informed me of all the sales, helped me by taking my items to the counter while I shopped, let me test perfumes etc. They're all so friendly also. I will definitely be returning soon. There was a woman who seemed to be the manager or supervisor and she was just as great. Highly recommend. **Update, almost a year later. They still have amazing friendly service! High quality trendy clothing and we bought a men's cologne and a woman's perfume that smelled like a fruity Dolce & Gabanna Light Blue. We come from out of town to shop here.

For younger set, but sometimes you can get a cute something for old people too. Clearance racks jammed, packed too tightly for shopping.

I WISH ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION!I visited Rue21 to look for a gift for my granddaughter, Sarah. While looking at the OVERPRICED (clearly cheap fast fashion) merchandise, I overheard the coworkers speaking poorly about a customer that had just left because she couldn't afford something. I was appalled that they would do this, but even more so that they would do this with costumers in ear shot of their conversation. I was rather disappointed with the unprofessional employee, as well as the perfume options.Will not be shopping here again but will return to speak with a manager!!!
