I posted a review year ago and I don't know what happened to it so here we go again. I love this post office! The people that work the counter are super helpful. From the first day I showed up here I felt like my post officers nephew. She treated me like a human being with kindness and civility. She Is a joy to work with saves me money on shipping and after escaping communism it was so relieving and so comforting to be treated like a neighbor instead of a number. They have an amazing sense of humor too! This is the best post office that I've ever been to and I find myself mailing myself postcards just to have a reason to come here and visit.

They are supposed to close the lobby at 7:00 PM Went to check my mail at 6:31 PM but the lobby was already closed… even the hours on the door said 7 PM for close. They are closing early and now some people can not get their packages or mail. We pay for our boxes so their for we should at least be able to access our box at the proper business times.

The post mistress is very rude. Not helpful at all. Noticed that other employees who work with her are afraid of her. They don't talk or greet you when she's there, when she's not there they seem very happy & friendly. She always requires an ID for all pkgs. I have 5 people at my box, we each randomly check the box and we never carry anyone's ID let alone know who ordered what & when. If she does not change I will leave this PO and go to another just like many others have already done. Fairview & Espanola are much better.

Rout 3 post master for Arroyo seco /La puebla is delivering our packages and mail to other locations there being lost not delivered damaged and we have to deal with the companies for his negligence get it right were all getting tired of this this postal driver should be retrained or terminated get it right...

The lady who works there named Annette M. Needs to take a class I'm customer service! She is Very Rude. I asked for a package today and if looks could kill, I would've been dead. Do not appreciate this kind of Attitude

Horrible customer service from the "postmaster" Annette Maestas. She is very rude and unprofessional. Every single time a package has been delivered there for me, she tells me it wasnt. Yet when I am assisted by the other girl that works there, she brings it out to me with no problems. I even opened a box there in Hope's that this would avoid any issues with her. It didnt work.

It is not my post office where I get my mail but it is never busy, so I find my self going to get my postage stamps and money orders from this particular post office. It is not easily seen from the main highway so if you are turning into the Ohkay Casino turn left at the T coming from the stop lights and it will take you straight there less than a quarter mile.
