I called month's and months ago and she was so knowledgeable and helpful, that when I finally was ready for a unit, I remembered her, and that is why I chose her storage units instead of any of the 4 other places I called. Also, this month, when my credit card that was on file, got replaced....she called me and let me know, then helped me make a payment right there and then, so I didnt have to go online and look up everything.......
