Judy was a huge help! There was confusion with my reservation and it took her making multiple calls to get the reservation cleared up. She cleared up the confusion, got me a better deal than was shown online for the confusion, and was extremely kind and courteous through the process. If I need another reservation, or have questions, I will be glad to have Judy answer when I call!!!

I have been getting my storage cleaned out when I was approached by a employee at the garbage bin for me using the trash bin every other word out of his mouth was the F word calling me names that I was not to happy to hear he don’t know my medical condition and my girlfriend was so scared by his actions she got back into her truck and the guy told me to get the f out of there I called and spoke to Melissa and that must be her husband our boyfriend because that was a waist of time calling her!! I couldn’t believe an employee from anytime storage is getting away talking to customers like that I have rented that storage for 4 years our more and that grounds keeper is still working there!!!!

She was super helpful and informative I am very new to trying out a storage unit so having her answer all of my questions with kindness and patience was amazing and letting me know that she is available whenever I need her was great and made me feel more comfortable about the situation. she also helped me with the one time fee, which made my experience even better definitely recommend
