Learning how to use a new phone at my age is hard , 78, the young men at AT&_T. Were a lot of help. I had to go back to the store two times to get more instruction and have friends helping also till I learn how to use this new phone. Had a little trouble understanding the first young man when he spoke but he repeated things I ask about

My experience was wonderful, thanks to Richard. He was very friendly and didn't hesitate to answer questions. He explained the savings and deals I could apply for and was very patient when I signed up for them. He ensured I was saving money. I was happy that he offered more options when selecting an audio device--I asked for a AirPods Pro but he brought a selection to the table. And when I told him I wanted a white colored phone, he still brought more options to the table for things like storage. Very personable, polite, knowledgeable, and kind; funny guy too. The staff were all very fun people and helpful. During my visit, I saw customers leave with smiles.

Rude employees, my mom came in to get my phone replaced the guy was very impatient with her wasn't provideding any information unless asked. I can in today about the phone, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help so I left.

They literally told me THREE times they were going to hold a phone for me then sold it. First time they said it would be in the store next day for an appointment THEY scheduled and then told me when I came they didn’t have any in stock. Okay whatever work happens I know. THEN I just ended up ordering the phone and waited two days after the last day it would be shipped, went in and it apparently never shipped, last of all and WORST of all. They had one in the store and literally sold it WHEN I WAS THERE. Why do y’all hate me 🥲

I had a VERY smooth and easy experience transferring from Verizon to AT&T, I got the iPhone 16 pro and I love it! Joey helped me out and was extremely helpful with any questions I had and got me hooked up! PROMOTE JOEY!

This AT&T store in Farmington New Mexico was outstanding! I had 6 lines to port from TMoble to AT&T and the representative JOEY took the time to explain the little details. I have never had such good service from any store including 2 other carriers in the past! I mean they took the time to answer ALL" our questions and concerns when we came in to switch from another carrier to AT&T ' really was a great store there in Farmington NM, it was a corporate store' JUST FANTASTIC STORE

My screensaver was cracked, and my Internet was running very slow. The associate fixed my screen did a reset and had me fixed in no time very satisfied.
