“I’m new to the area, and when my bike was delivered from Ohio the battery was completely dead. With the steep driveway at my new place, there was no way I was going to push that Harley uphill. I stopped by Motorcycle Performance Headquarters to pick up a new battery, and after explaining the situation, the owner, Allen, went above and beyond. He actually followed me home and installed the battery himself so I could get the bike running and safely into my garage. That kind of service is rare these days. As someone who’s not mechanically inclined but loves to ride, having a shop show that kind of integrity and genuine care means a lot. Motorcycle Performance Headquarters has absolutely earned my trust, and I highly recommend them to any rider in the area. -Otto”

“Great place to take your vehicle ? Bob does an amazing job. He's fixed two of my vehicles that other places couldn't fix the first time. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Service is great and done in a timely matter. He communicates with you directly about what needs to be fixed and gives you the grand total, no suprise extras added. No pressure if you decide not get anything fixed on your vehicle. I highly recommend this place for your vehicle needs!!”

“The only real downside to the whole experience was the back-and-forth with the wrong part. I ended up having to locate the correct strut myself so the repair wouldn’t be delayed another three days. At that point, I honestly lost confidence in the parts department because the mistake seemed to come from ordering a strut for a GL model instead of a GLS, which is what my vehicle actually is or they weren’t aware that they come fully extended and will even out under load via the ADS system therefore won’t seat properly until it’s under load and the control arm is jacked up to line up the bolt holes. If not it’s impossible to line up correctly, But again to my point at a premium rate this should be a known aspect. Anyhow That mix-up created unnecessary downtime and uncertainty, and it made me hesitant to rely on them for the correct part a second time. Again $175 per hour, is definitely on the higher end for the Murray area. Falls closer to low end dealership rate/ independent premium euro shop— most shops around here usually fall closer to the $120–$145 range. So the rate is premium, and paired with the parts issue, it did make the situation more frustrating than it needed to be. With all of that said, the team as a whole is still great to work with. From an ethical standpoint, they’re solid — no games, no shady behavior, no pressure, nothing like that. You can trust them as people and as a shop; the issue was strictly with the parts process, not the actual service side. Tyler, especially, stood out in a very positive way. He was the person I worked with directly, and he handled everything calmly and professionally from start to finish. Even when the parts issue came up, he was straightforward, communicative, and did everything he could within his role to keep things moving. None of the delays or mistakes were on his end — he actually helped make the situation easier to deal with. If you decide to go with this shop, I highly recommend working with Tyler simply because he’s the one who helped me through it, and he made the experience much better overall despite the hiccups. Overall, good people and good service — just be mindful of the higher rate and double-check any parts being ordered. Tyler is definitely the person to talk to if you want a smoother process. And another positive is that they stand by their work and offer 1 year/ 18k warranty at no extra charge.”

“Off Again is an amazing shop! I learned of them with a Google search as a 1978 Jeep CJ7 I purchased needed some work. The rear end was gone with two snapped axles, the engine cut out at 50 mph, and the steering was all over the place. Moreover, I live about 800 miles from Farmington. The communication was first rate. The trust given and exhibited was never in question.. The workmanship solid. The outcomes from the work completed amount to a very functional and delightful CJ7. I highly recommend the shop, Kevin and Cody, and all the bits and pieces that the mechanics use and apply to keep Jeeps on the road and off the road.”

“One of the things you don't want to see on a road trip away from home is the check engine light. Even though they were busy, the crew at Sandy's automotive took time to check the engine message. After diagnosing, they were able to get my car fixed in a few hours. I'm extremely grateful for all who helped to get me on the road again with minimal impact to my trip! I would recommend them for their helpfulness, kindness, and flexibility.”

“We shopped Jeep dealers in a large radius from Santa Fe, and Advantage had a Grand Cherokee that suited us. Marcus our salesman worked through all of our purchase details by email and over the phone, making this the smoothest transaction I have ever had in purchasing a car. We showed up on a Saturday to pick up the car, not knowing that our bank sent an incorrect document. The finance manager took over and resolved our issue very quickly. We received our registration and plate by mail as expected and we have a great car! We made a fun trip out of it and stayed at a nearby destination. Thanks for the great experience!”
