unfortunately I have to give a zero to Candy for customer service. She was rude and should NOT be in the customer service field. We were treated extremely poorly by her on three separate occasions during our stay. Then they kept our cash deposit because of dirty linens (some soup spilled on the bed, after their bag broke that had our soup in it) $154.00 in damages for linenes we could have washed for 20.00 had we been given the opportunity. Asked for management and was told mangers would not be available for a week! We waited over an hour to get a reciept of the breakdown and she said we were being unruly and called the cops on my 70 year old mother who has NEVER had the cops called on her in her entire life and is in the management business. I believe we were profiled as well by Candy. It took a lot to write this negative review because the hotel was nice and Alyssa and Thomas were amazing the entire week we were there. She made the experience horrible. The cops came and said sounds like it was a misunderstanding you may leave. I will be contacting the BBB and General management. I truly still have no idea what damages warranted $154.00 the reciept states damages that it took us over an hour to get with her nasty, horrible attitude. We usually stay at Home 2 Suites and I can say that is where we will return next time.

Do Not recomend staying at this hotel. Checked in, the lady said it was 101 and change. My bank was hit with a 216 charge. They ended up charging me 180 for the room for one night plus taxes. If I knew I was gonna be hit with a 200+ room I would have stayed in Durango.

The lady at desk was incredibly rude. If we hadn’t prepaid we would have left. Not helpful, or accommodating. Our room was incredibly expensive and small. Dare I say profiling might be an issue. Our room was not at what lady at the desk described. We did ask for a bigger room if possible a suite. We love Best Western. Just not this one. The hotel is nice, it’s clean. Good breakfast. Dog friendly. Customer service is an issue.

Night and day difference stay at best western- not comfort inn or comfort suites! Has real food here! Best western caters to gluten free and to dairy free, no smell of chlorine but does have a pool. Super nice staff.

I was very disappointed, this is where I always stay when I come (2 or 3 times a year for 3 days at a time) to see my daughter and her family. The grandkids (2) love to come and go swimming but this time I was told that they could not use anything in the facility because they were not a paying customer. Every time I went by the pool it was empty. I am the paying customer using your facilities while I stay. I'm very sorry to say that I will not be back because of this.

I booked an ADA room with a "roll in" shower for my daughter in a wheelchair. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very small room that would not accommodate her wheelchair, a sink that her wheelchair would not go under, and a shower with a 4" curb. When talking to the Manager on Duty, she, Faith, stated that that is a roll in shower. It is hard to explain what is self explanatory, 4" curbs do not allow for rolling. The bed was uncomfortable, the staff, Faith, were not accommodating. I did call the corporate number and ask for diglfferent accommodations in the area. We were open to even other towns. Nothing, and no call back. We will be lodging a complaint on the goverment website for ADA accommodations.

Do not stay at this hotel at all no exceptions, DO NOT Stay. . They have bedbugs in their 2 queen bed rooms and management did not want to do anything about the problem or refund deposit or money for our stay at this location. We even had kids in the room in which they got bit to. Do not pay the ridiculous price they have for the rooms either especially for breakfast in the morning. Breakfast female attendant is very RUDE as well. All-around horrible experience ever and we will NEVER be back period. I hope this helps whoever is trying to book a stay at this location !!

Great hotel, especially for a small town. Internet and great breakfast included. Room was clean with microwave and fridge. Recommend.Rooms: Clean rooms with internet, microwave, and fridge.Safety: This hotel is on the safer side of town. I wasn't worried about my safety.Walkability: Right next to WalMart and across the street from the mall. No need to drive if it's not too cold.

The room was clean enough and was ok. The bathroom was fine. Our key stopped working after the first time.They need to hire more people. Some staff are really awesome, but one of the kitchen staff was rude for no apparent reason. The other kitchen member was very respectful.Breakfast is a 1/5. We were there at 7 and they run breakfast 6-10. There was no food hardly at all and it was not great but it’s food.Maintenance was really nice, let us in our room and was there right away.We would not stay at this hotel again. And I would recommend staying somewhere else.

We have stayed at many Best Western hotels and this was by far the worst. We spent 4 nights and had 4 rooms in our group. Room keys stopped working every day. Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the desk to make new keys. Toilet seat was loose. Terrible housekeeping: K-Cups, coffee cups, towels, shampoo not refreshed daily. Trash cans not emptied. Four outlets don't work. Wi-Fi connection is terrible. We wouldn't stay there again and we are Best Western Platinum members.

We are incredibly grateful for the staff here at this location. Chelsea and Dalia kindly mailed our daughter's violin back to us. We left it there and didn't realize it wasn't with us until 4 days after checkout. They saved us quite a bit of money. Their entire staff is kind and attentive. The breakfast was very good. Everything was clean. We are very thankful and will return.
