Horrible. I rented a truck 3 weeks ago, they called me the day before to tell me they don't have a truck or carrier. I have suffered catastrophic damages as a result. Now no trucks are available at Uhaul (where I should have went in first place). Budget sucks. I'll never rent from them again.

Worthless. They have availability on there website yet when you walk in to pick up all the sudden they have "spoken for" to friends who apparently dont have to go through the check out process. Waste of time and gas. Dont bother with this place. At least you'll get results anywhere else in town.

Applied for a moving truck 7 days before my move, gave me a confirmation and everything. 3 days before I move they called saying they wouldn't have any trucks. Horrible!!!!!
