“Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Kat helped me find the storage unit I needed and was able to answer my questions and explain any details I needed. The pricing seems to be equitable to other places. They were all booked on truck rentals when I asked about them. Only thing I can think of that I was not happy with. Great people though!”

She cleared up the confusion, got me a better deal than was shown online for the confusion, and was extremely kind and courteous through the process.
