You have 24 hour access to your unit. Billie is an amazing lady & works with you when times are tough. I have had a unit with Catch All Storage for years & I won't get another unit from anywhere else & I have sent many others there for their storage needs as well. TWO THUMBS UP IN BOOK ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!!

The owner made my day so easy to get my equipment to rent.. I had to pick up the care dolly from another location and the owner did all the arrangements for me to pick that up too....we had a family emergency and I had to pack my house up without my husband and move it to another state to put it in storage....thank you so much for all u did and kindness

The customer service with this company is phenomenal, and the units are well cared for. I have rented 2 separate units in the 3 years since I moved to Farmington. Never a problem! I do carry the optional insurance, but as of yet, I have not needed it.
