I came here about a month ago to get my screen replaced. I believe the cost was about $140 for an iPhone 11 screen replacement. I was satisfied until less than a week later the screen popped off. I suspect it was because they were not screwed in properly. Since the screen lifted my phone touch screen would not work. On a lighter note, I know now to not come back.

Horrible experience...will never go back again. I bought a screen protector and the finger print area didn't work at all and within a week the screen protector had dust between it and the phone...like how does that happen and he says maybe I pealed it back...and couldn't even replace it or refund it

Dropped a phone off for a new screen, paid in full was quoted 3days, continuously lied and keep stringing me along finnally after almost two weeks i went and got my phone, still broke, and a refund. Waste of time/money/gas/ and energy

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. After getting my screen replaced it looked scratched I took it back and he said it just needed cleaned and that they would eventually go away. After that it was glitching and freezing up. Then it slid off the console onto the carpet and the screen shattered and my phone went black. I took it back and he was very rude. He told his employee to just ignore me. I do not get how a screen can shatter by hitting some carpet. I had already been complaining about what was happening and told them I did not think it was put on right but was blown off and they made excuses. Now after a couple weeks I have to try to replace the screen and see if they ruined the inside or if that can be fixed. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE OR IT CAN COST TWICE AS MUCH!!!

These guys do horrible work and won’t stand by their product. Make sure you get a receipt if you do go or else. These guys break more than they fix. There are other options in town I recommend going to one of them.
