Got lied to on the phone. Drove down to have a service done and make a purchase only to be told that they wouldn’t help or do what was agreed once I arrived. Will never step foot in a Dillards again.

I really like the staff, they make you feel welcomed, where you can relax, and enjoy trying shoes on ,and looking at bags and bedding. Those were the departments that I was in, and I am sure that all the departments are that helpful as well. I would love to put a great shout-out to the lady in the perfume area when I was asking for help in the bag area because the main lady was helping in a different area. The lady said she could help me,I was impressed most places of business do not do that. I would just love to say to the staff in shoes, perfume,bedding,and hand bags you lady's are doing a great job of Dillards store of Farmington New Mexican, to keep up the wonderful atmosphere. I have not felt that in years with any other shopping experience in town or even in other states. Thank you

Do your shopping elsewhere! The worst experience ever! Online shopping or JCPENNEY would be better! Customer service is horrible and what is with makeup counter? Is that guy or girl nasty handling products! Buy at Ulta better hygiene looking women or guys working there! I predict DILLLARDS is soon go out of business!

This place isn’t good place to shop bad experience! Employees walking around no smiles or not helpful! Security guard looks unprofessional. And it’s not even busy!Mainly concentrating on shoplifters!You would think place be busy for holidays! Oh look to me there profiling people on who has money to shop, and that’s the employees!Crazy experience being there today!Not going back there!Maybe a manager will see this and acknowledge there EMPLOYEES!!
