A good place to stay while I was working in Farmington. Clean with very reasonable rates. The staff was very helpful and fixed a mistake I made on my reservation, even though it was my fault.

Reasonable rates with what looked like ample parking. Rooms are aged with some obvious icky stuff but they try. Quiet at nite. Steps away from old town Farmington and three rivers brewery.

Stayed in Rooms 40 and 42 on two nights there. Both rooms, especially the bathrooms were very clean, beds were clean and comfortable. Couldn't get hot water at 8 o'clock the first night, but plenty at that time the second night. Very secure, very warm, and quiet.

Very clean room and great owners. My only complaint is the bed. It was quite uncomfortable, but that is all personal preference… others may like it. Great stop for a quick stay during a road trip and in a good location.

The hosts are very kind, there is plenty of parking. The room is decorated well. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve slept on. I recommend they purchase even just some cheap ones from Costco to improve the experience. Otherwise it’s about what you’d expect from a hotel in this price range.

I stayed one night and liked their non-smoking room. It is very clean without any bad smell. The bed is comfortable enough for one quick stay. The water pressure is strong and the water temperature is hot. The air conditioner worked well.

Fantastic hot water, heating, air conditioning, fridge, and cleaning. Solid basics. Nice on site owners. Super cool authentic vintage decor. Park free right outside your door. No hassle with elevators or stairs. Located within easy walking distance to some very good, busy restaurants with short wait times, and a cool coffee shop/art gallery! Both trade workers and travelers stay here. Bring your own iron and hair dryer if needed. On the downside, not all rooms have kitchenettes and those book up. Also, that section of the downtown main street sidewalks are eerily deserted in the early mornings and on weekends when most downtown businesses are closed except for a gym and the restaurants. We saw a few transients on the street while out walking. Auto traffic picks up in the afternoons and the hotel fills up!

Super nice motel, simply a place to sleep & regroup. The price is what attracted me and it was better than expected.

Very happy about our stay. Good shower, interestingly decorated room, TV and fridge. No coffee machine

Cheap and clean. The rooms could have better lighting. Only one bedside lamp and the overhead was dim.

Very simple and simply good. The lady who checked me in was very nice and curious about my medical condition. I live with brain damage every day for the rest of my life so welcome curiosity. This was the first time I have used Hotels.com to book and am very pleased. She explained check out which seemed very reasonable and simple. The room is quiet and comfortable. The bath has great water pressure and temperature too! If you like exercise it’s near the awning moss Riverwalk too I just I just walk from the hotel to get there. And a wonderful gallery coffee shop next door.

I paid no deposit, got a room for a standard rate, and the wifi worked. The room had no coffee machine, no iron, and the staff were hiding under the bed from the boogeyvirus.Maintenance is lacking.
